Stunning Pool Experience

The infinity pool offered amazing views of St. John's. The poolside service was really good, with staff providing dry towels after rain showers. I loved how the loungers were set up for us, making our days by the pool incredibly relaxing.

Luxurious Suite with a View

We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath suite with an ocean view, featuring British Colonial decor. It was spacious and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and multiple lanais to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean was fantastic!

Family-Friendly Fun

The pool area on the hotel side was perfect for families. There was a kid pool with a water slide that my children adored. We also had access to numerous family activities, making it an enjoyable vacation for all of us. It's a great spot to keep kids entertained!

We had a fantastic experience at this Ritz resort, where the service was exceptional and the pool area was a real highlight. The rooms were beautifully updated and comfortable, but the beach didn’t quite meet expectations for being a prime spot. Dining options were decent, though some food took longer than expected to arrive. Overall, it’s a great choice despite a few minor flaws and the value for money was fair considering the amenities offered.

I just returned from a week-long stay, and everything was fantastic! The customer service was outstanding, especially from the pool and beach staff who went above and beyond to take care of us. The resort was clean, spacious, and made us feel very safe with sanitizing stations everywhere. However, I wish the dining service at the bar was quicker as it could be quite slow. Overall, I can't wait to return, although a two-week trip would definitely be better than just one!
